The location of Be Coimbra Hostels was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I had initially planned to stay for just a couple of nights, but ended up extending my stay to three weeks because I loved it so much. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hostel itself was a great place to stay, with comfortable rooms and a cozy atmosphere.

They have different locations around the city and the place I was put in had a kitchen stocked with all the kitchen necessities. It was also in a great location close to everything in the city.
The place was run down and the walls were paper thin.

The hostel had a great price for the location, and it was easy to walk to most tourist spots. the staff was friendly and informative, and the beds were comfortable. One of the best aspects was the free breakfast included, the coffee was hot and fresh, and the croissants were delectable.
Sadly, the hostel was nothing like the pictures we saw online. the windows didn't open, and the room was tiny, dark, and smelly.

This hotel met and even exceeded our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the room advantages were unbelievable, from the comfortable and spacious beds to the private facilities. the entertainment options were plentiful, and the TV room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
the outdoor dining area could have been kept more tidy, but this did not affect the overall experience.

Despite the negatives, the location was great, just a short walk to many of the sights and historic landmarks in the area. The comfortable bed and cleanliness of the room were also appreciated. It's good to have a hotel that offers free Wi-Fi, too.
Our romantic escape wasn't that great. The hotel was noisy, with thin walls and windows that didn't block out the noise from outside.
